One API call = one request, regardless of how many random values it returns. A single call to /v1/integers?count=100 counts as one request and returns 100 values. The batch endpoint counts as one request even for up to 100,000 values.
Yes. Every paid plan uses quantum-seeded entropy: 32 bytes of genuine quantum randomness from IBM Quantum hardware, cryptographically expanded using ChaCha20 for unlimited scale. Pro+ tiers also get monthly credits for pure quantum entropy — bytes read directly from IBM hardware with no expansion. The entropy_mode metadata in every response confirms the source.
You'll receive a warning at 80% usage. After exceeding your limit, additional requests are billed at £0.004 per 1,000 requests. You can set hard limits in the dashboard to prevent overage charges entirely.
