About
TrueEntropy is the quantum random number service built by Interlink Digital Group - a technology company with a conviction that the world deserves better randomness.
The Story
It started with a question: why does every "random" number in computing come from a deterministic algorithm? Pseudo-random number generators are predictable by definition. For gambling, cryptography, and clinical research, that's not good enough.
We built QuBitLang - a proprietary quantum programming language with a full compiler pipeline - to make quantum circuit definition as natural as writing Python. Then we connected it to IBM's quantum processors and wrapped everything in the most elegant API we could imagine.
The result is TrueEntropy: quantum-seeded entropy that gives you the best of both worlds - genuine quantum origin with unlimited scale. Every random number starts with quantum measurements, cryptographically expanded for production use.
CEO & Founder
"We didn't want to wrap someone else's API. We wanted to build the technology from the ground up - our own language, our own compiler, our own quality pipeline. QuBitLang is the result. TrueEntropy is the product. And we're just getting started."
Company
A UK technology company building products at the intersection of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and developer experience.
Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool FY4 2RP, United Kingdom. UK-native infrastructure, UK-based support.
Our proprietary quantum programming language. A full compiler pipeline from human-readable syntax to quantum hardware execution.
Built for regulated industries from day one. UKGC-ready, NIST-verified, ISO 27001-aligned, GDPR-compliant.
Partners
TrueEntropy's quantum entropy is generated on IBM's quantum processors - including the 156-qubit Heron systems - via Qiskit Runtime. IBM Quantum is referenced as an infrastructure partner, never as a co-brand.
QuBitLang's code generator produces optimised Qiskit circuits. We're active participants in the open-source quantum computing ecosystem, contributing to the tools that make quantum accessible.
Origin
Quantum circuit SDKs like Qiskit are powerful but verbose, hardware-specific, and intimidating. We wanted a language that made quantum programming feel natural.
QuBitLang was born - uppercase keywords (QUBIT, MEASURE, DEFINE), human-readable syntax, full type system, and a compiler that handles everything from lexing to optimisation.
A seven-stage pipeline: Lexer → Parser → AST → Semantic Analyser → IR Builder → Optimiser → Code Generator. Plus a StateVector Simulator for local development.
We realised QuBitLang was the perfect foundation for a quantum entropy service. TrueEntropy was born - QuBitLang circuits generating true randomness on IBM hardware, delivered via an elegant API.
Whether you're a developer, a potential partner, or a journalist - we'd love to hear from you.
